Job DescriptionAs a Customer Project Manager at Nokia, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge technology solutions by leading cross-functional projects that drive innovation and connectivity.   • Lead and manage cross-functional customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, proactively addressing customer needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project planning and manage changes by updating schedules, budgets, and quality metrics as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Ensure compliance with Nokia’s Mode of Operation (MoO) and PM@Nokia methodology across all project activities.
  • Monitor project financials and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and lead diverse project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Oversee project closure and handover processes, documenting lessons learned and ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations. Key Skills And ExperienceYou have:
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects and programs
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PM@Nokia
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field It would be nice if you also had:
  • 7-10 years of Project Management experience in the telecom sector
  • Experience in delivering projects in a cloud environment
  • Industry-level project management certification (PMP, Agile, SaFE)
