Asphalt Paving Foreperson (Southern Surfacing)

As the Foreperson, your role is to supervise the team and organise the day to day activities to ensure we meet the customers' expectations.

The Role:

• Day to day supervision of crew members and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure production targets are met.
• Oversee construction and plan general activities
• Make sure the work meets the high quality standards
• Lead by example and display proactive attitudes towards safety in the workplace

About you:

• 5+ years' asphalt paving experience, including machine and hand lay
• Experience as a Foreperson
• Current Class 1 driver's licence and W, T & R Preferred
• Ability to speak up if something isn't right
• Ability to plan ahead
• Positive attitude
• Team player and good team building skills
• Physically fit and well
