They have created a new role for a Site Manager / Civil Supervisor to be the key link between the crews on the ground and the Project Managers.

Some of your day to day tasks would include:

• Staff training and mentoring across multiple sites
• Up skilling foremen to assist with reading plans, setting daily production tasks and project programs
• Staff supervision on one large or multiple smaller sites to be the PM’s eyes and ears
