We’re recruiting on behalf of a global brand in the wearable and outdoor tech space, looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their team.
If you’re into things like fitness tracking, running, cycling or hiking - this is a role where your interests actually help you succeed.
You’ll support customers using a range of consumer products, helping them get back to what they enjoy most.
What you’ll be doing:
-Supporting customers across phone, email, chat and online platforms -Troubleshooting product-related issues -Answering general usage and setup questions -Keeping accurate records of interactions -Working as part of a collaborative team
What we’re looking for:
-Interest in fitness, outdoor activities or running -Strong communication skills -Customer service experience (any background) -Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn -Positive attitude and team focus
Full training is provided, along with a clear pathway into more senior roles as your skills develop.
