Your Role:
We have a permanent, position available for an Early Childhood Caregiver to join our centre, flexility is required. able to work in both age group under 2 and over 2 years. You'll work 30 hours a week alongside a dedicated, fun, and values-driven team. Your energy, empathy, and creativity will help shape a warm, inclusive environment where children and their families thrive.
What You'll Do:
- Build strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and kaiako
- Deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity and creativity
- Support smooth day-to-day operations and contribute positively to our team culture
- Celebrate each child's unique identity, strengths, and learning journey
- Promote an environment that's safe, inclusive, and filled with wonder
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children under five
- A deep passion for early childhood education and a belief in its life-changing impact
