About the Role: BestStart North Harbour is a vibrant early childhood provider dedicated to high-quality care and learning for tamariki. We create an environment where children's curiosity thrives through play and exploration, giving them the foundation to succeed. Our small, close-knit center is licensed for 58 children and is conveniently located near Westfield Albany Mall, with a nearby park perfect for lunch breaks.

We are seeking a passionate teacher for a fixed-term maternity leave cover roles to join our dynamic team from 26/1/26 - 2/10/26
This position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, offering the chance to contribute to a thriving learning environment.
Role Requirements:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and the ability to extend children's learning
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in pedagogical practices
- Solid knowledge of current ECE Regulations and Te Whāriki, maintaining high compliance standards
- Passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences
