Description
My place. Your place. Our place.
BestStart Rolleston is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified and Certificated Teacher to join our small, close-knit team. At our centre, we prioritise strong partnerships with parents, whānau, and the wider community, creating an inclusive, homely environment where tamariki can learn, grow, and thrive.
About Us
Nestled in the heart of Rolleston, our centre embodies the vision: “My Place, Your Place, Our Place.” We take inspiration from the journeys of early travelers to Selwyn, who filled their kete at Te Waihora before continuing on. Similarly, we see our centre as a place where children come to fill their kete of knowledge and prepare for their ongoing learning journey.
Our Paua Room for Over 2's is a vibrant space focused on child-led projects, social and emotional development, and imaginative play. Highlights include a family corner with dress-ups, dolls, prams, and a kitchen setup, always a hub of creativity and fun. We embrace the Tuakana-Teina model to strengthen relationships and foster peer learning.
