About the Role: As Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre while leading and supporting a dedicated team. You'll play a key role in shaping high-quality curriculum, fostering strong whānau relationships, and creating meaningful learning experiences for our tamariki.
In this role, you will:
- Inspire and lead a committed team of educators
- Build strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and kaiako
- Champion high-quality teaching and learning practice
- Coach and develop your team to reach their full potential
- Ensure excellence in compliance, curriculum, and planning

About You:
You'll bring passion, professionalism, and purpose to everything you do. You'll also have:
- A Level 7 ECE qualification and a current NZ Teaching Certification
- Proven leadership experience, ideally as a Centre Manager or Head Teacher
- Sound knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice
- A growth mindset, effective coaching skills, and a love for quality teaching
