We are currently seeking a highly experienced fabrication welder to join our busy team.
Transport Engineering Southland specializes in the building and fitting out of truck bodies and new trailer builds for the heavy transport industry. Along with new builds we also complete maintenance and refurbishment work on units as required.
We are a busy workshop so the ideal applicant needs to work well under pressure
We are seeking someone with the following attributes/experience:
- Trade qualification and 5+ years experience in fabrication and welding
- Competent in reading drawings and following through with accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Self motivated, able to work unassisted, work to deadlines & produce quality workmanship at all times
- A strong team player who is reliable and trustworthy
TES offers competitive rates of pay. Hours of work are predominately Monday to Friday .
