Description
We’re delivering an exciting rural water scheme and need an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site operations. You’ll manage our crew and coordinate multiple subcontractors to keep the project safe, on time, and to spec.
What you’ll do:
- Run day-to-day site activities and toolbox talks
- Supervise pipe laying, pump station build, and associated works
- Coordinate subcontractors and solve issues on the ground
- Drive health & safety compliance and maintain a tidy, safe site
- Check quality and keep simple progress records
What we’re looking for:
- Innovative problem solver
- Hands-on experience in civil or water infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Practical knowledge of trenching, pipe installation, and rural logistics
- Comfortable staying away & working in remote locations
