About the Opportunity We are a high-conviction, early-stage venture entering a transformational growth phase. The founder is currently bootstrapping and seeking a world-class Chief Executive Officer to architect, capitalise, and operationalise the business at scale.
This is a rare opportunity for a capital markets–savvy executive to lead from inception to institutional scale, with a clear mandate:
- Raise a $200,000,000 USD Series A
- Establish the company as a fully operational and sustainable going concern
- Deliver structured governance, systems, and execution within the first three years
This role is best suited for a builder — not a maintainer.
The Mandate The incoming CEO will:
- Lead and close a $200M USD Series A capital raise
- Structure and negotiate institutional investor participation
- Build a credible C-level board and governance framework
- Establish operational, financial, and compliance systems
- Recruit and lead a high-calibre executive team
- Drive the company to stable, scalable operations within three years
Compensation Structure
- Deferred Salary: $300,000 per annum (accrued and payable upon successful capital raise or liquidity event)
- Performance Bonus: $2,000,000 USD upon:
- Successful completion of a $200M Series A capital raise, and
- Demonstrated establishment of the company as a viable going concern within 36 months
Equity Participation: Available and negotiable depending on experience, capital networks, and commitment

Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking an executive who:
- Has successfully led or materially contributed to nine-figure capital raises
- Maintains direct access to institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, or private equity
- Has scaled a startup into an operational enterprise
- Understands governance, compliance, and international structuring
- Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from first principles
- Possesses gravitas, credibility, and strong investor trust
- Prior CEO experience is highly preferred.
