With a new ERP system in place, your focus will be to strengthen processes, improve accuracy, and create a disciplined, reliable way of working. You will also lead and motivate a small team, making sure everyone is aligned and performing at a high level.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate stock control and system integrity
- Take ownership of ERP processes (Business Central experience highly regarded)
- Identify and resolve stock issues and system gaps
- Build, implement, and enforce clear inventory processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team
- Work closely with production and other departments
- Remain hands-on, supporting warehouse tasks when required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience (Essential)
- 5–10 years in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain roles
- Proven experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments (this is a must have)
- Strong ERP system experience
- Proven leadership in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Skills
- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve performance
- Process driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- Confident communicator who can influence and align teams
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
What You’ll Bring
- A hands-on, lead by example approach
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
- Passion for people, systems, and doing things right
- Ability to build structure and get teams working together
If you are a practical leader with solid food production and inventory experience, who thrives on improving systems, leading people, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you.
