Experienced Digger Operator Wanted

We are looking for a highly experienced and confident digger operator to join our team.

This role is focused on earthworks and drainage. It is not a “sit in one spot” position — you’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks on site.

What we’re looking for: Proven experience operating diggers with confidence and precision Strong background in earthworks and drainage Ability to work across a range of tasks and environments Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up every day A solid work ethic and positive attitude Able to pass a drug test Willing to undergo a MOJ check
