Social Media & Advertising Assistant

This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, working with digital advertising, and building brand awareness online.

You’ll work closely with our team to manage social media platforms, support advertising campaigns, and help generate leads through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build online engagement
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with the wider team on promotions, campaigns, and branding
• Support the business with additional admin or marketing tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with social media management and digital advertising
• Strong understanding of paid ad platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
