We’re now seeking an experienced Office Administrator to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help keep the business running smoothly.
About the Role As the key link between our clients, field staff, suppliers, and management team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring everything runs efficiently — from job bookings and invoicing to compliance and communication.
This role is varied, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative and getting things done.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer calls, emails, and job creation in Simpro
Scheduling jobs and supporting our field team with daily coordination
Processing supplier invoices and customer billing in Xero
Managing warranty jobs and supplier claims
Maintaining accurate Health & Safety and HR records
Assisting with purchasing, stock management, and general office tasks
About You You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a role where you’re the go-to person who keeps everything in order. You’ll bring initiative, accuracy, and a positive attitude to every task.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven administration or coordination experience (trade or service industry ideal)
Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Xero, Simpro, or similar systems)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A keen eye for detail and great time management
A friendly, professional manner and team-focused approach
If you’ve worked in roles such as Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Office Administrator in a trade-based environment, you’ll hit the ground running.
