Established in 1975 and now operating as the largest privately-owned distributor of farm machinery in Australasia Landpower represents some of the world's leading farm machinery brands, including CLAAS, GRIMME, AMAZONE, via a network of 33 dealers throughout New Zealand and Australia.
About the role:
Reporting to our Branch Operations Manager a fantastic opportunity exists for an Administrator to join our busy Harvest Centre in Whangarei. This role will oversee a broad range of administration tasks to support the Branch Operations Manager, Sales, Service and Parts Teams. This role is part time, Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 15:00pm, 27.5 hours per week.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the workshop, including invoicing, processing timesheets, and warranty documentation
- Process machine sales, including accurate entry, documentation, and warranty registration
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Operations Manager and wider team as required
- Coordinate and oversee warranty claims to ensure timely and compliant processing
- Champion Health and Safety initiatives, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment
About you:
- You hold a Valid Driver's Licence
- You have strong administration skills with ability to prioritise workload and show initiative
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are well organised, have great attention to detail and know how to prioritise
- You are resilient and comfortable working in a demanding environment
- Proficient with MS Office 365 and system savvy!
- An affinity with the agricultural industry will be beneficial
- To be successful in the role you must be eligible to live and work in New Zealand.
