About the role:

Reporting to our Branch Operations Manager a fantastic opportunity exists for an Administrator to join our busy Harvest Centre in Whangarei. This role will oversee a broad range of administration tasks to support the Branch Operations Manager, Sales, Service and Parts Teams. This role is part time, Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 15:00pm, 27.5 hours per week.

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the workshop, including invoicing, processing timesheets, and warranty documentation
• Process machine sales, including accurate entry, documentation, and warranty registration
• Provide administrative support to the Branch Operations Manager and wider team as required
• Coordinate and oversee warranty claims to ensure timely and compliant processing
• Champion Health and Safety initiatives, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment

About you:

• You hold a Valid Driver's Licence
• You have strong administration skills with ability to prioritise workload and show initiative
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are well organised, have great attention to detail and know how to prioritise
• You are resilient and comfortable working in a demanding environment
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and system savvy!
• An affinity with the agricultural industry will be beneficial
• To be successful in the role you must be eligible to live and work in New Zealand.
