EquipFix, based in New Plymouth, is a repair solutions provider to the Heavy Plant and Equipment sectors, including services to other industries such as, but not limited to Construction, Quarrying, Forestry, Industrial, Power Generation and Road Transport. EquipFix is an authorised Parts & Service Dealer for CablePrice New Zealand Ltd.
We are looking for an admin superstar with excellent communication skills to provide administration support to our team. If you are a problem solver, enjoy variety of work and bring a positive 'can do attitude', we would love to hear from you.
This is a permanent part-time role (20-25hrs p/wk)
What you will bring:
*Reliability *Excellent communication and people skills *Administration skills *Accuracy and efficiency *Knowledge of Accounts payable and Receivable *Processing and generating invoices *Knowledge of Xero and Excel *Knowledge of the Plant & Equipment industry beneficial
