Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders
- Scheduling jobs for profile cutting and manufacturing
- Ordering components to ensure good workflow
- Meet and greet customers in person and over the phone
- Processing staff and contractor time sheets
- Preparing Invoicing
- Stock taking
- Deliveries
- Work hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm - however there is some flexibility for the right applicant
What we are looking for:
- Strong administrative skills with at least 2 years experience
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator
- Comfortable with Xero and Excel
- Proactive and adaptable team player who embraces change and continuous improvement
This role offers a chance to play a key role in a customer focused team reporting directly to the Owner.
