Who are we? Landpower and the CLAAS Harvest Centre network is the largest privately-owned farm machinery distribution network in Australasia. We sell and service machinery to farmers and their contractors from our locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Our Melbourne, Perth and Christchurch offices co-ordinate wholesale activities and provide support functions. As a family-owned business we recognise the importance and value of the long-term relationships that we have grown over the last 48 years with our international partners and local customers.

About the role: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced After Sales Administrator to join our busy and successful team in Waikato.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will have an affinity with the agricultural industry, be highly motivated, possess an attention to detail, a high level of computing skill and have the ability to perform at a high level. In this role, you will work closely with the Service Manager, Workshop Manager, technicians and the Parts team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the process and administration associated with finalising and invoicing service related work
  • Undertake and manage warranty claim functions for all OEM's
  • Undertake weekly time sheet reporting
  • Assist with issue resolution
  • Assist with estimate preparation and presentation
  • Liaise with external third party providers including suppliers, insurance organisations and service providers as required to fulfil service related administration tasks

About you:

  • You hold a Valid Driver's Licence
  • You have strong administration skills with ability to prioritise workload and show initiative
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are well organised, have great attention to detail and know how to prioritise
  • You are resilient and comfortable working in a demanding environment
  • Proficient with Office 365 and system savvy!
  • An affinity with the agricultural industry will be beneficial
