This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.

The remuneration range for this role is $64,308 - $90,785 (including KiwiSaver), depending on skills and experience.

The opportunity

We are looking for a savvy coordinator who can provide high-quality administration and coordination support to the Capital Delivery Development team. If you have excellent time management skills and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the role for you.

You will get to:

  • Provide team coordination of meetings, workshops, appointments, and minute-taking
  • Calendar management across the team
  • Provide financial administration support for projects
  • Collate data for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Track, manage, and report on training requirements for the team
  • Review and update process maps, workflows, standard templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in office administration
  • Knowledge of online workflow and record-keeping platforms
  • A strong ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience with the MS suite of products
  • Experience with consent administration would be an advantage

Wellington Water is the professional water services provider across Greater Wellington and South Wairarapa. Our role is to provide safe and healthy drinking water, collect and treat wastewater, and ensure the stormwater network is well managed.
