Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to support our growing education business. This role starts at 8 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Enter and code transactions in Xero and keep the ledger accurate and up to date
  • Work with integrated systems (e.g. payment platforms, CRM, payroll) that feed into Xero and reconcile data
  • Prepare simple weekly financial reports (cash position, income/expenses, key variances)
  • Process basic accounts payable and receivable and follow up any outstanding items

About you:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounts
  • Confident and accurate using Xero
  • Comfortable with technology and integrated software
  • High attention to detail, organised and reliable

This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone wanting steady, meaningful work alongside other commitments.
