Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to support our growing education business. This role starts at 8 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Enter and code transactions in Xero and keep the ledger accurate and up to date
- Work with integrated systems (e.g. payment platforms, CRM, payroll) that feed into Xero and reconcile data
- Prepare simple weekly financial reports (cash position, income/expenses, key variances)
- Process basic accounts payable and receivable and follow up any outstanding items
About you:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounts
- Confident and accurate using Xero
- Comfortable with technology and integrated software
- High attention to detail, organised and reliable
This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone wanting steady, meaningful work alongside other commitments.
