Our Wellington office is seeking expressions of interest for Executive Assistants to join our temporary workforce as we are seeing an increase of assignments. Our clients require capable, organised professionals who can provide reliable support to Tier 1 - Tier 3 managers across the public sector.

These roles can be from two - six weeks, and we are looking for candidates that can be flexible and are available immediately to work in central Wellington. Please be aware working from home is usually not supported in short term roles.

What We Look For

We are interested in candidates who can step into new environments quickly and work with minimal direction. Successful applicants typically bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior managers or board members
  • Strong calendar, inbox, and meeting coordination skills
  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain momentum under pressure
  • Minute taking abilities, especially in a governance setting
  • Strong government background
