About the Company

EcoPond Limited is a new venture and 100% owned by Ravensdown Ventures Limited (Agnition). EcoPond is a promising emissions reduction technology developed over the past 7 years that has recently been commercialised and is undergoing a rapid growth phase. The business is effectively a sustanability focussed startup, with a small and dynamic team focused on building the business nationwide. There will be a “get stuck in” approach to help support the business achieving our goals.

About the Role

As Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a smooth and positive experience for both our operators and customers as they engage with EcoPond’s innovative services. This is a fixed term role for 12 months, 38.5 hours per week. Your primary responsibility will be to optimise daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for our operators across our service regions, ensuring efficient resource use and maximum farm dosing each day all while adapting to customer needs and operational constraints.

You’ll proactively balance customer requirements with efficient chemical and fuel usage, making quick adjustments as needed due to factors such as weather, fleet issues, or customer changes, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to scheduling, with the remaining 40% focusing on varied administrative and coordination tasks that support the wider business, these may be tailored to your strengths and interests.

Reporting through to the General Manager, you will alsol work closely with our Customer Engagement Lead and Operations Manager, facilitating clear communication with farmers on delivery schedules, service quality, and promptly addressing any issues that arise. This role is based in our Hornby Office.
