We are seeking two Office and Accounts administrators to join our busy and friendly office team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organised, and delivers outstanding customer service.
About the role You’ll play a vital part in the day-to-day office operations, ensuring information is captured accurately and customers are looked after professionally. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works well independently while being a reliable team player.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Invoicing, pricing jobs and some accounting aspects with accuracy and attention to detail
- Taking clear, accurate notes and recording job details correctly
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Hands on in all office administration tasks
- Being flexible with hours, including covering extra days/hours when staff are sick or on annual leave.
- Being responsible for health and safety.
- Working with management
- Reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Filing and generating weekly reports
- General AP / AR tasks
About you:
- Proven experience or strong knowledge of invoicing and accounting practices
- Excellent note-taking and documentation skills
- Impeccable verbal and written communication
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to work unsupervised
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment,
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to support the team when needed
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
