Part-Time Inventory Control Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Assistant to join our Community pharmacy team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, accuracy, and working in a healthcare retail environment.

The main purpose of the position is retail service, inventory and stock management, general administration and to ensure availability of appropriate stocks for sales and promotional events. Ideally you will be working at both the pharmacy shop floor as well as the inventory area.
This is a Permanent Part Time position, rostered 25 hours across Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and accurately record incoming stock
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering
- Maintain organised storage areas and shelves
- Rotate stock and manage expiry dates in line with pharmacy standards
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits Liaise with pharmacists and staff to ensure product availability
The Right candidate will have:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently
- Good numeracy and basic computer skills
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
- Physically capable of handling stock deliveries
- Previous experience in inventory, retail, or pharmacy is an advantage, but not essential
