Sales Consultant
RV Super Centre is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join its Auckland team.
Part of Tourism Holdings (THL), New Zealand's leading tourism company and the world's largest commercial RV business, this is a great opportunity to join an established team selling motorhomes, caravans and RV products.
You'll manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, building relationships, understanding customer needs, demonstrating RVs, arranging test drives and following up sales opportunities.
You'll also be involved in sales shows, open days and vehicle presentation, helping deliver a great customer experience throughout the buying process.
This is a five-day role across a seven-day roster, including weekends, with some out-of-town travel required.

About You
- At least 2-4 years' sales experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confident demonstrating products and explaining features and benefits
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing customer information and sales activity through a CRM
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- A full New Zealand Driver Licence
- Comfortable working weekends and attending sales shows and events
Automotive, RV or other vehicle-related sales experience would be advantageous, but we're also open to strong salespeople from other industries who can demonstrate a genuine interest in the product.
