*Proactive Diagnostics: Using a problem-solving mindset to identify potential property faults or warranty risks before they become costly issues. *Precision Trades & Repairs: Executing high-quality, seamless fixes across minor carpentry, architectural hardware adjustments, technical building wash/care, and finish repairs. *Building Long-Term Trust: Acting as one of the professional, trustworthy faces of our brand. You will communicate with a variety of people including discerning homeowners and property managers who expect discretion, respect, and meticulous attention to detail. *Warranty Protection: Ensuring high-spec materials and architectural designs are maintained precisely to protect product warranties.

What We Are Looking For *The Mindset: A natural problem-solver who takes genuine pride in the layout, finish, and care of high-spec properties. *The Skills: A strong, versatile trade background (carpentry, building maintenance, or high-end property servicing). You must have a keen eye for detail, near enough is not good enough. You must also be willing to learn and ready to grow with at least basic technology understanding. *The Character: Highly trustworthy, reliable, and articulate. You understand how to conduct yourself on premium residential sites. You must be a clear communicator, organised, punctual and well presented. *The Logistics: A valid Full NZ driver’s license is essential as company vehicles are included.
