Maintenance Carpenter / Builder

Full-time | Auckland – primarily North Shore and West Auckland

Buildcorp Property Maintenance is looking for a capable and versatile carpenter or builder to join our maintenance division.

The role covers a wide range of residential and commercial maintenance work, with a main focus on carpentry. You’ll need to confidently assess problems, think on the spot and provide practical, durable solutions.

The Work General building repairs and maintenance Carpentry, framing and finishing work Doors, windows, decks, fences and cladding repairs Small renovations and alterations Insurance reinstatement and make-safe work Diagnosing issues and planning appropriate repairs Communicating with clients, tenants and property managers Completing job notes, photos and site updates What We’re Looking For Strong carpentry and general building skills Maintenance, renovation or general contracting experience Excellent problem-solving ability Able to work independently and manage varied jobs High standard of workmanship and attention to detail Reliable, organised and professional Good communication skills Full New Zealand driver licence Legal right to work in New Zealand

An LBP licence is not required. A carpentry qualification is helpful, but practical experience, workmanship and attitude are more important.
