Carpenters & Hammerhands
We’re looking for skilled Carpenters and Hammerhands to work across a range of residential and commercial projects throughout the Bay of Plenty. These roles are with reputable local builders and construction companies who need reliable, experienced people on their teams.
About the Role
You’ll be involved in a variety of on-site tasks depending on the project, including framing, cladding, fix-outs, formwork, and general building work. We’re after candidates who take pride in their work, can follow plans, and work well with others.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with all stages of construction on-site
- Read and work from plans and instructions
- Maintain quality workmanship and safe work practices
- Work alongside builders, contractors, and other trades
- Keep tools and work areas tidy and safe
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Carpenter or Hammerhand
- Good practical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Your own tools and a full NZ driver’s licence
- A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
