What We Do For Apprentices
NZA For Apprentices
NZA works to job match apprentices with our national network of host organisations. We make it easier than ever to get into construction.
Assessing skills, education and work history allows us to pair apprentices with hosts, ensure a Level 4 NZQA qualification on completion and provide relevant industry experience -keep you on track and supported to progress consistently.
What we do for Hosts
We work with building and construction businesses all across New Zealand to seamlessly provide suitable, empowered and enthusiastic apprentices for placement within host businesses.
Our teams will assess all apprentices and deal with all documentation, so all a host needs to do is train their apprentice.
The Industry Training Organisation (BCITO, VH) will continually provide back up and support for the signing off on the apprentice’s work as he/she progress along the apprenticeship journey.
As the employer, we provide support to both the host and the apprentice.
