NJ Builders is on the hunt for a skilled and experienced builder to join our small, renovation-focused team servicing the greater Hamilton and Waikato area.

About the Role: You’ll be working across a range of residential renovation and small building projects, taking on hands-on tasks and depending on experience will occasionally managing on-site responsibilities. We value attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
What we’re looking for:
▪︎ Qualified builder/carpenter ▪︎ Experience working with and supervising apprentices ▪︎ Strong background in renovations and general residential work ▪︎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ▪︎ High attention to detail and pride in workmanship ▪︎ Good communication skills and a professional on-site manner ▪︎ Full driver’s licence and own basic tool kit
