The RoleThis isn’t just about swinging a hammer; it’s about contributing to the structural integrity and aesthetic finish of quality builds. You will be working alongside experienced LBP builders, gaining invaluable experience across all phases of construction. Your day-to-day will include:

• Framing & Formwork: Setting the skeleton for future homes.
• Cladding & Lining: Ensuring every board is flush and every finish is crisp.
• Decking & Retaining: Crafting outdoor spaces that handle the Taupo elements.
• Site Management: Assisting with setup, logistics, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of experience on-site as a Hammerhand.
• The Gear: You own a reliable vehicle and your own basic tool kit (cordless drills, hand tools, etc.).
• Attitude: A 'no-nonsense' approach to work and a commitment to arriving on time, every time.
• Health & Safety Focus: You understand that a clean site is a safe site.
• The Right to Work: Current NZ work rights and a valid Driver’s License are essential.
