Millennium Services Group are now seeking to appoint a Specialist Cleaner for the Christchurch, Canterbury Region, and throughout the south Island from time to time. This is a hands-on opportunity for you to join and lead our Specialist Team in the region who will work with you at client sites.

• Carpet cleaning.
• Floor resealing/polish laying.
• High dusting work (working at Heights).
• Water blasting.
• Window cleaning.

What you need to know: This role will see you based in Christchurch from our offices in Sydenham.

Occasionally requires travel overnight into the Canterbury and the South Island area. This is working on large shopping centres and small operational sites - strip and seal, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, general cleaning, completing cover shifts for our fantastic team of Commercial Cleaners etc - lots of variety!

You will report to a Regional Account Manager, liaise and work from a schedule to ensure all PPM and emergency work is covered, managed and feedback provided to your manager.

The role is full time – mostly 10pm-6.00am, Sunday night to Thursday overnight – your rostered days off are Friday and Saturday nights. You will need to be flexible with your time - your flexibility with availability is required from time to time.

The role comes with use of a company vehicle from our Sydenham site. Plenty of parking for your own vehicle.

• Be experienced in the tasks of a Specialist & prepared to work hands on each night.
• Physically fit and motivated.
• Hold a Full NZ Driver License - is a must as you will be driving company vehicles.
• Pass and maintain a Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check.

Have experience in supervising/leading a team previously.
