This crucial role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and shaping of our high-quality snow base for the exhilarating Snow Tube Park. Key Responsibilities

Snow Production: Operating and monitoring our state-of-the-art Snow Factory. Managing and maintaining traditional Fan Guns to supplement snow creation. Ensuring optimal snow depth and quality across the Tube Park area. Snow Grooming: Expertly driving our Prinoth Snow Groomers to shape, pack, and prepare the Tube Park slopes. Forming a consistent and safe track structure that delivers an exhilarating tube-riding experience. Performing routine checks and basic maintenance on the grooming equipment. General Duties: Working variable shifts, including nights, as required by snowmaking conditions and operational needs. Adhering strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines. Communicating effectively with the Maintenance Manager. What We're Looking For

Proven experience in snowmaking and/or snow grooming is highly desirable, but full training will be provided for candidates with relevant heavy machinery operation experience. Experience operating heavy machinery, ideally a Prinoth or PistenBully snow groomer. Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of weather conditions related to snow production. A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, supportive team. A valid driver's license with Wheels and Tracks endorsements and the legal right to work in New Zealand. Why Join Tekapo Springs?
