Geeves Scaffolding is a well-established local scaffolding company delivering safe, reliable scaffolding and access solutions across the Southland region. We work across commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects, and we’re known for doing things properly - safely, efficiently, and as a team. With a strong pipeline of work locked in, we are growing our team and are looking for experienced scaffolders to join our whānau.   • Scaffolding qualification – NZ Certificate of Competence (COC) or recognised overseas equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ scaffolding experience in a similar role
  • Class 2 truck license will be advantageous
  • Hard-working, reliable, and safety-focused
  • Positive attitude and works well in a team Other details of the role:
  • This is a full-time, permanent position
  • Hours of work: Ordinary hours: 45 hours per week
  • Minimum guaranteed hours: 30 hours per week

Job description: These roles report to the Leading Hand and Operations Supervisor and are responsible for carrying out any reasonable requests or requirements to ensure the job is completed efficiently and safely. This may include transferring materials, lifting, loading and building or planning scaffolds.

  • Location: Invercargill
  • Standard hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime: Available depending on workload
  • Pre-employment requirement: Must pass a pre-employment drug test
