Description
We are seeking applications for an experienced Office Manager/Administration role in our team based in Cambridge. This is a full time role with some flexible days and hours. The right applicant will also have the option of working from home for large parts of the week.
Our ideal candidate for this position would have
- Previous experience in Drainage and Earthworks or similar industry
- Experience with Xero
- Excellent computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel spreadsheets etc)
- Bring skills that will enhance and promote the growth of the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, polite and friendly
- Full NZ drivers license
- Adaptable
Daily duties will include
- Answering phones
- Scheduling jobs
- Communicating and working directly with company owner
- Invoicing and ordering stock
- Record maintenance/filing
- Following an in-house flow chart system
- Completing weekly reports
- Other general administration duties
- General cleaning of small office, kitchen and bathroom
