Certified Drainlayer / Earthworks Specialist 📍 Bay of Plenty We’re looking for a PGDB-registered Certified Drainlayer to join our growing team working on residential new builds across the Bay of Plenty. The role includes drainlaying and small earthworks, including house site preparation and concrete prep. The Role Includes: Residential drainlaying on new developments Excavation and pipe installation Small earthworks work (house sites & concrete prep) Operating excavators, rollers, and loaders Working with site managers, clients, and other trades Leading Health & Safety on site Opportunity to step into a Team Leader role What We’re Looking For: PGDB Registered Certified Drainlayer 3+ years NZ-based experience Confident machinery operator (WTR a bonus) Class 2 licence preferred Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated NZ-based with full working rights What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Strong team culture with room to grow Supportive management and leadership opportunities Variety of work across the Bay of Plenty If you’re ready for a role where your skills are valued and you’re trusted to run your work, apply now.
