The Role You’ll be leading premium architectural roofing and cladding projects across the Bay of Plenty, working with a crew that takes pride in their work and looks out for each other.

You’ll be responsible for: -Running day-to-day site operations -Leading and supporting site crews -Reading plans and architectural details -Delivering high-quality work, safely and efficiently -Communicating clearly with the wider team

About You You’ll likely have: -NZQA Certificate in Roofing (Level 4) or equivalent -4+ years’ experience in roofing or construction -Experience leading crews or running jobs -Strong standards, calm leadership, and pride in your work
