Tranzit Central proudly operates the urban bus network to the Whanganui community on behalf of Horizon's Regional Council. As we prepare for the upcoming network changes in April - we are seeking expressions of interests from safe and confident drivers to join our team.

Our professional drivers provide daily urban bus services around the Whanganui area with a variety of shifts available from Monday to Sunday with additional hours available covering the occasional private charter or school transfer.

What we're looking for:

• We're looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy working with others — no previous industry experience required.
• A positive attitude, excellent communicator and enjoys talking to people.
• A safe and confident driver with a clean record, having held a full car licence for at least 2 years.
• A class 2 licence and a P Endorsement is preferred, but we can assist you to obtain this.

We set you up for success, full training will be provided by our team.
