Class 5 Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a Class 5 Driver who will be doing Container transport. We’re on the hunt for a professional, proactive, and safety-focused drivers to join our fast-growing team. If you love being on the road and take pride in delivering the goods (literally), this could be the perfect fit!

This position will require the successful applicant to work Monday through to Friday, with rostered Saturdays where required, times will vary as per the roster.

What you’ll need:

• Full & clean Class 5 license
• At least 3 years of solid New Zealand driving experience (bonus points for refrigerated transport!)
• Proficient in reversing units, coupling & uncoupling
• Experience in various truck combinations – B-train experience is necessary
• A cool head under pressure – time deadlines are part of the game
• A self-motivated, can-do attitude

Qualifications

• You'll need a full and clean Class 5 license.
• Be Fit & Healthy as its a physical role using a pallet jack and a solid driving experience (ideally within refrigerated transport).
• Be committed to working safely.
• You are self-motivated with a positive attitude and is proficient in reversing units and working to strict time deadlines.
