We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Operator to join their team based in Māngere.

About the Role
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties within a fast-paced distribution environment, including:
- Operating a reach forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Loading, unloading, stacking, and moving stock accurately
- Picking and packing orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Conducting daily pre-start equipment checks and reporting faults or damage promptly
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Always demonstrating a strong commitment to health and safety
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current Reach Forklift License and relevant operating experience
- Clean Ministry of Justice Report
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work both independently and within a team
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Reliable transport to and from work
