AS PER THE PHOTO. FULLY OPERATIONAL. REQUIRES 10V BATTERY WHICH LASTS FOR MONTHS. "TIME EXPIRED" DISPLAY IS DAMAGED.
A great piece of fun. Installed at your driveway. Mounted in the "Man Cave", or a corner decoration in the boys bedroom. Bear in mind that these items are disappearing fast as councils go to new metering systems. It's a great piece of memorabilia as well as being a fun item.
