This Wonderful Chinese Export Silver Hand Mirror has two of the most detailed celestial dragons I’ve ever seen on a Chinese Silver piece, with the deeply engraved dragons flying through the clouds around the celestial flame.

The piece is 31cm high by 18.5cm wide and the actual mirror glass is 17cm round. It’s stamped WH 90 for 90% silver content by the famous maker Wang Hing, the greatest and most collectible of the Chinese Export Silver makers. Condition is great with no chips or crack on the mirror glass and no dents or damage to the silver frame

Included is a gorgeous antique lacquer stand that is 61cm high from the floor, the base is 30cm wide across the front and 22cm deep. Stand has some imperfections with the odd flake of lacquer missing but these are only visible under close inspection.

This mirror on stand makes an incredible display piece that is also very usable when put on a dressing table or similar piece of furniture. It’s a world class antique decorator piece that would not look out of place in any million dollar mansion anywhere in the world.
