Old antique tool stamped Atkin & sons that would be very useful if you had a use for it!!, as far as I can make out it is for setting old bush or cross cut saws and is called a Hammer Saw set. It has a tapered base peg that looks like it goes into an anvil hole or maybe a vice. Everything turns etc and nothing is seized. About 12 cm long. Please see all the pics.
