After last week's disastrous earthquake in Nepal I decided to complete and sell a painting about the region, to help raise money for the relief fund.

I have just finished this painting "Prayers for Nepal" inspired by a photo taken by Chris Cowan, when he and my son visited in 2008. The view looks towards Everest.

All money raised from the auction will be donated to the NZ Red Cross Nepal earthquake appeal.

The auction is for an unframed original watercolour on Fabriano paper, size is 330 x 520mm.
