A Professional 480 piece kit of assorted solder seal wire joiners.

Strip the two ends of wire - push correct size joiner along one wire

Push wire ends together and roll between finger and thumb – (clean hands essential) so interleaved wires hold together, or if single wire, a slight twist will do.

Slide correct size wire joiner over the splice.

1; Heat with a heat gun – low-temperature solder will make a permanent join.

2:Heat shrink tube holds the wire securely - adds strength to the splice.

3: Two bands of adhesive waterproofs and seals the join.

Note: The tube will shrink first - make sure it is neatly shrunk around the wire.

Result: Permanent conductive join sealed from water, dust and gas.

Tips:

Shield other components from overflow heat. Best if heat gun has a narrow nozzle No need to crimp joins.

Sizes:

Yellow is for AWG 12-10 - 40 pieces Blue is for AWG 16-14 - 150 pieces Red is for AWG 22-18 - 190 pieces White is for AWG 26-24 - 100 pieces

The larger the diameter of the wire/connector the lower the number.
