This system is designed to build blocks onsite, where construction is to take place. Suitable subsoil is appropriate to meet the NZ standard for using earth as a building material ( ref NZS 4297) When all conditions are met this system can produce 2 blocks per minute, Block size is approximately 135 mm X 135 mm X 285 mm. This machine has produced blocks for 5 earth block homes in Opotiki, and has since been refurbished and improved with the ancillary equipment.
