Terms of the auction - you are purchasing this building as per the description and photos which we have done our best to accurately describe and there is no warranty implied or given. From what we can see the building is in fair, used and watertight condition. All installation and connection costs on your site are your responsibility.

The building is booked to be moved on 15/07/2022 it is located in Hamilton and we will cover the cost of delivery to a flat, easy access site within 50km of its location. A further delivery distance could be negotiated past this (at your cost) with suitable prior communication. Please understand and keep in mind that to logistically move these buildings being 5m wide they come on x2 big trucks with a large crane and they must obtain permits to do so and they must be moved at night.

The price is inclusive of GST and is a fraction of what you would pay for one of these new. Should you miss the window to have it delivered on the 15/16th of July the price will be ex. yard.
