Wired for TV audio and sound, would be happy to drop in a system before delivery. The build includes a heat recovery system, a properly stylish bathroom, well appointed kitchen with stone tops and added storage.

Also as always airtight construction, with continuous insulation (lots of it!!). This creates a SUPER energy-efficient and comfortable building envelope.

Decks and outdoor rooms can be added front and back or you can have those built locally from our designs or yours. If you give us a site location we can very quickly advise of costs. Screw piles are our preference for siting as make zero mess with no digging (circa $7,000 + GST for piles)
