This is a newly established panel and paint repair operation in Wairau Valley, North Shore. The owner, who runs another repair shop in South Auckland, has found the distance between the two sites makes running both impractical. That, not any issue with the business, is the reason for sale.

This is a genuine start-up asset sale: the buyer acquires the fit-out, equipment, lease and goodwill of a compliance-ready facility, without current staff. Trading only since February 2026, there's no financial history to present, so what's on offer is an operational base rather than an established track record.

Business features:

• Newly established panel and paint repair facility in Wairau Valley, North Shore, set up February 2026
• Fitted out to a high standard, including a brand new, fully compliant spray paint booth
• 487m² premises in the Wairau Valley commercial/industrial precinct: customer reception, offices, large warehouse and staff facilities
• Lease $90,000 plus GST per annum, secured to November 2029, with a further four year right of renewal to November 2033
• All approvals, licences and compliance documentation in place, ready to trade
• Genuine reason for sale: owner is South Auckland based and cannot run two sites at that distance
• A genuine opportunity to build your own team and customer base from day one
